Kumpula9 offers c. 5,500 m² of modern, high-quality office spaces, designed for the needs of approx. 350 professionals in total. The spaces can be efficiently modified according to different-sized needs. The size of one office floor is c. 950 m², and the floor can be divided into three parts.

Monitoring and optimizing all energy use is possible with the help of modern heating and lighting solutions. All offices have a remote cooling system, with room-specific possibilities for adjusting ventilation. It is also possible to install solar panels in the building for sustainable electricity use.
